www.thebrickplayhouse.org Philadelphia's Presenting Company for Contemporary Theatre, The Brick Playhouse Unveils its 2004 Playwriting Award Winners Philadelphia, PA September 24, 2004 - The Brick Playhouse is pleased to announce the winners of its Third Annual Playwriting Awards. Each award winner will receive a spotlighted staged reading as part of the In-Between Stage reading program on successive Tuesdays November 1st, 8th, & 15th, as well as a cash award and consideration for production in the Brick's 2004-05 season. The Roger Cornish Playwriting Award for a full-length play by a Philadelphia-area playwright: "Drive to a Departing Flight," by Bert Kieres. Reading at The Brick: Tuesday November 9th, 8pm. The Brick Playhouse Playwriting Award for a full-length by a playwright from outside the Philadelphia area is: "Feather" by Claudia Barnett of Tennessee. Reading at The Brick: Tuesday, November 16th, 8pm. The Albert Benzwei Playwriting Award, given to two longer one-acts by Philadelphia-area playwrights: "Lover for the Moon" by Colin Wolfe of New Jersey and "The Light That Shines" by Ryan Kraus of Philadelphia. 2034 Sansom St. / Philadelphia,
